why doesn't Riot fix issues with afk-ers and intentional feeding in ranked?

To be honest, I love the League. whenever I come home from work I immediately start up my computer and play a couple of games. but just now, I was going to get my new ranked division, I come in the solo/duo que (mostly becaue the dynamic que is full of bugs I believe) and again, someone just icks a champ, all seems well and good, but then never loads in. this time it was a toplaner. now, this is not the first time this happened, this happened many times more the last couple of weeks. I am adressing ranked matches here, but it happens in normal games a lot too. for me, the chance to get higher in the divisions are now slimmer, because someone else in my team just doesn't load in. and then there are the feeders. people who have 5+ accounts they play for fun, and then they do ranked in one of them and just go feed or whatnot. just for fun. normally these people need to be getting banned immediately, and it would be nice if Riot said: "well, you lost a match because of this, this match doesn't count and we take ik back. no. Riot just makes a new dynamic que, cause what's more important? getting new players and more money from them instead of making a better game. we all know this game is highly addictive, so let's make it look flashy. now, I know this might not be as easy as it seems to me, but when 3+ people ban someone for afk-ing in a match, why don't you just ban him/her immediately, and delete the match history so it doesn't count towards final scores? it would be a nice upgrade for the game, and it would make playing a lot more fun. I hope some people at Riot have the decency to react to this post, instead of giving an answer like: "we are working on it."
