i explained several times about my account baning 1stly i got 7 days ban insted of chat restracted so i reported about this and u guys told it was ur mistake and removed 7 days ban and gave me 25 days ban . and now u guys perma ban my account insted of giving 7 days or 14 days ban . and i want to talk with one of your crew member so i can fix this matter .can u just reply to how can i get support from one of you crew members?. i can allso give the chats ss about what hapend last time . i think your system detected this ccount as a 7 days baning player . but it was a mistake because u removed it and gave me 25 chat restract.and because of that Ai detect me as 7 day banned player this time it pema baned me ? isn't it . fix this problem and give the account ban thank you . i really tired of explaining this this to you guys . try to be fair and dont delete this post this hapen because of you 1st time mistake and ur Ai or wt ever detected me as a 7 days ban player . if there is a any doubt plz reply to this discussion i can prove it . thank you .!!!!

For starters, the **only **way you're going to get a response from someone who can actively help you is by filing a support ticket.

Secondly, I'm really confused. So you were given a 7-day ban which was then lessened to a 25 game chat restriction? And then it was immediately raised to a permanent ban afterwards? It's very hard to understand what you're saying honestly.

Most importantly, what did all of this stem from? Was it for a simple chat offense or did you do something like send IRL threats through private messages? 7-day bans are not common and are almost always manually placed, so it's unlikely that you got that from a regular situation.

i think u didnt get me . i got 7 days ban insted of 25 chat restracted and then i complained about that . they knew they were fked and they removed 7 days ban and gave me 25 chat restract . now they baning me insted of giving 7 days or 14 days ban . wt is this bruh?
