League Community Strikes Again

This is the 5th time I've watched as a friend uninstalled league in my apartment because of the community, community standards, and the clear lack of concern Rito has in regards to this ever-growing issue. In season 2, the community was pretty bad, but AFKs were rare and most of the rage was over playstyle and build. While the rage was less-than-constructive, I still felt like people were wanting to play the game and be involved. Now, if I'm lucky, I'm playing a game with two potheads who are just non-stop talking about the type of pot they smoke or some kid who demands to see my tits and swears that I'm a 15 year-old prostitute with low self-esteem. FYI, I'm not joking at all about that last statement. Those 3 are still better than two drunk guys walking right into turret range because it's funny to them or some random guy who cussing everyone on the team out as he feeds the enemy team a 13th kill. I remember people worrying about Riot kicking them out of their accounts or being banned from playing for over a week; now it just seems like if you get a warning, rito apologizes and gives you a random gift for the "trouble."

I love this game. I love it's content. And I love the lore behind about half of the characters. Seriously, this is the only MOBA/PVP game I play because of those 3 factors. But, I, like almost every person I've talked to in the last 2 years, am sick and tired of dealing with people who just want to feed or are drunk so, even though they selected mid, they're going to go bot or top or grab smite and hang out in the enemy team's jungle until their team is fed then afk, etc... If I wanted to deal with this type of behavior, I'd just go watch my little brother's little league baseball games or a local MTG tournament.

So, from a guy who has been around since Season 2 and has watched several people leave this game, Rito, can you please attempt new methods of cleaning out the people currently ruining your game.
