This system doesn't work

There is no longer a way to report a player through personal tickets. What if someone tells me to go kill myself after the game ends in the chat lobby? What can I do then? There isnt enough space to copy everything from the after game chat into the in game reporting, and I heard that those chat logs aren't even looked at. Also, even when this kind of thing occurs in game, I haven't gotten any notice of any of these players being punished. The problem is that this current system doesn't work. I play the game, and for no literal reason other than pinging the jungler just two times to leave my lane, i get told to stfu. and then after the game ends, I get personal harassment, calling me the N word, and telling me to go kill myself, while he claims that none of this gets looked at anyways. The sad thing is he will get away with it. Name and Shame is looked down upon in these forums, but honestly, with this current system, what else can be done? You can't even come to riot anymore. What if personal threats were made? There is no way to report any of that now. League of Legends is known for the worst community of any online game. With good reason too. Maybe because they do nothing about it. I realize the tyler1 case happened. But honestly, if not for his publicity, he'd still be playing right now. Can we get actual justice please?

You still use the normal report feature, just mention that the report was for chat at the post-game screen. The post-game screen is not automatically scanned, but it is recorded. If that person is flagged enough times, it would draw the attention of a manual review.

I understand your frustration. I deal with it too. I know. But presenting a vote that just asks if "something" needs to be done isn't helpful. Don't ask if something needs to be changed, don't say something needs to be changed. Present a solution. Present your ideas for how to fix the problem you are speaking about.

You submit the ticket regardless. I do it through gameplay/general kinda thing. i've gotten a lot of positive feedback from the support crew. And if the support crew isn't doing its job, post here about it as well (covering names and bringing up the ticket), rather than trying to "bump" your ticket (since that puts it further down the queue).

Well i suggest u dont do it. But if u decide to do it just say "Valar Morghulis"
