hey i just got banned not even temporary so i was just wondering why i got banned and i do not know if this falls under this category

Check your email for details, if there is no email send a support ticket asking for details.
They don't email about your suspension. You should find info when you relog into the client. If that doesn't work, write a support ticket.
You likely have chat logs or some type of email explaining your ban
If not, you can always send in a ticket
