People not reporting because they didn't see "It" happening (Whatever "It" is).

I have seen this many times, I finish a match and I ask to report someone for verbal abuse and the other team is like, "Didn't see it so, can't report." Now, I think this is total wrong because that is the same thing as if someone on the other team wanted someone else ban then how do you think that person/team would feel if the a person on the other team would say the same thing. NO ONE!!! Is stupid enough AND it doesn't make since for someone to use /all chat to verbally abuse someone. Anyone that thinks that if they don't see verbal abuse happening they can't report it, well if some said they were getting physically abused and you don't see scares would you say "Didn't see it so I can't report it to the police." No, you would report it and the police would take a look, THINK BEFORE YOU SAY NO!!!

I feel your pain, that sounds really frustrating.

Did you know that the reform system does not care how many reports there are in a single game? It only takes one report to flag that game for the system to review.

So you can report them yourself and don't even have to ask others to report them :) This also helps because if you announce that you want them reported you are only feeding their negative behavior, whereas if you stop interacting with them they have less reason to keep trolling / harassing.

Why does it matter?

Only one report is required to trigger a review of the game; additional reports wouldn't do anything.

I have seen plenty of people in my team who go "report teammate X for Y" in all chat when I KNOW teammate X did not do any of that. I once even had someone falsely claim in all chat that a teammate used slurs and told people to kill themselves, when that teammate was silent all game.

So no, I only report misbehaviour I personally have seen. I am not going to report or slander someone for something a stranger said.

And to answer your analogy: no, I would encourage that person to report it to the police himself.

Kid honestly educate yourself. 1 report is the same as 9. Every report is reviewed by the automated system. Stop begging for reports <removed by moderation>.

I once even had someone falsely claim in all chat that a teammate used slurs and told people to kill themselves, when that teammate was silent all game.

Actually had a teammate do this to me. He claimed I used n*** as a slur and told the enemy team to report me. I only asked him to recall earlier next time so he doesn't die to something avoidable. Chatlogs can prove I'm innocent so zero worries, but the fact remains that it happens.

Personally, I'm not going off of 'he said she said' bullshit.

Because:

1 report is the same as 9. Every report is reviewed by the automated system. Stop begging for reports you cuck.

If I SEE IT MYSELF I'll report it. I'm not going to let it slide because oh, they're on the enemy team or oh, it's just a normal.
