Reporting Outside of Games / Updating report

I played a game really horrible (once in a blue moon) and the person in game who was problematic and clearly misconducting themselves, added me just to pm and badmouth me. I knew this was coming, but I was curious as to if they were going to offer constructive feedback or simply continue their rage.

Is it possible to report them again outside of a match or perhaps add the conversation into the tribunal? I reported them after the game.
