Muting is easy, just do it.

Just had a game where a blitzcrank on my team refused to mute the lucian that was flaming him. So the logical thing for him to do was refuse to help the team and split push all game. All you need to do is mute a flaming person no need to int or just be a salty player. Mute them and continue being a team player.
