The first line really grinds my gears. People love to say how it's just automatic and doesn't mean anything except you've been reported more often. And maybe that's what rito means for it to be. But the first line very clearly says that "your behavior isn't in line with how most of the League players act."
It's an automatic system with dialogue that passes judgement, regardless of if the system does anything or not. It doesn't know what you did, it only knows that you've been reported more often that game, but the way its written suggests that it thinks reported = guilty.
The people who report you for offensive language even though you didn't say anything in that game aren't reporting you because they were offended by your language. They are reporting you because they want you to get that pop up. They want you to get antagonized by the pop up as sort of a one final kick on the way out. rito says "Well that's punishable... They'll lose the weight of their future reports," but there's no way to measure that, so they have absolutely no reason to reconsider their behavior.
