Just curious.. am i allowed to afk after someone has ran it down mid then rq and not come back after 5 minutes? Whats the point playing a farming sim of cs'in till i inevitably get that solo laner with no opponent ramming is fed dick down my throat?
You'll still get leaver bustered, even if someone left. Keep in mind you are judged by your actions alone and no one else's.
They don't ban for it, but you'll get a Leaver penalty for afk'ing regardless of the reason. Just play out the match until you can surrender.

I'd actually be ok with if they did something like they do in Overwatch. Where if a player DC's and they don't come back for a bit, you can leave, but it still counts as a loss if you leave. That's just me.
