banned for 2 weeks, doesnt understand

i am banned for 2 weeks cuz i was "toxic", i had honor lvl5 and i am the least toxic person you can find. the reason for ban is this one game:

Aside from calling for reports there's nothing here that would warrant a punishment in my eyes, which means you're either lying and are withholding information from us here or this is indeed a false ban.

You had a 25-game chat restriction previously (which you may have forgot)
You edited the logs
They found hate speech / zero tolerance words in pre/post game chat
The system bugged and sent you the wrong logs.

Not sure what your behavioral history is, but you are welcome to submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them why this was escalated to a 14-day ban.

Edit: don't bump your ticket, it will take longer.

The logs you show do not warrant an elevated 14-day suspension. However, I would still recommend muting (and reporting) players like that Garen, instead of responding to them. There is no need for anyone else to report so long as you do, because all reports lead to a review by the IFS. The actual line of code reads (paraphrasing) "If Reports > 0, review".

So why did you get a 14-day ban?

There's a few possibilities, but most of them are basically me accusing you of lying. I don't know if you're lying, but frankly speaking, the odds are in my favor. A) You edited the chat logs, which mean you know exactly why you were banned and are trying to garner support for no real reason. B) You recently had a 25-game chat restriction (and weren't at honor 5), and thus this is a regular suspension and no longer an elevated suspension. C) There are other games involved in the chat logs that you aren't showing.

Or, if you indeed are telling the truth, D) You were banned incorrectly by the system, in which case you need to send a ticket to Riot support to get it overturned.

Only thing I see here is that you asked for a report on a player. There has to be something missing. Unless that is, you tend to harass players for a report quite often.

I believe there's something you're leaving out.
