Fires in Southern California
Internet went down for three days, I disconnected during a game, forced to leave house due to mandatory evacuation. Come back to see that my house isn't burnt down, but now I have a 20m timer to start a match.

Uh...i'm more happy with the fact that ur alive ans ur house is fine. Some slight queue punishment is worth knowing i can still play at all o.o
Why doesn't CA clear forests around the towns? Just put a mile or so between the trees and the houses. Maybe clear cut some divisions into the larger forests so the whole thing doesn't burn down. You'd think that after the first major fire people would get some common sense and not let it happen again.

I'd contact support, they might be able to knock off your last punishment, but as everyone else said, 20m is the harsh punishment, meaning you are a chronic afker.

You had to have a history of leaves or AFK's to get the 20 min queue timer.
