Hey Guys, I think EUW also bans players for bad behaviour without watching the games or even the chat.... and the support doesn't even react to my questions so maybe it works here. I received a permaban for "Are u dumb?" and "autist" had a 14 day ban before ... in the game (One for All btw) I just wanted to have fun but no way .... I've been flamed by 2 guys for example they called me "retard" probably unpunished and my words above were the reaction to "retard"
Ok, I'll be short since this has been said many, many times before.
Each players behaviour is judged individually. If someone flamed at you and you flamed back, if both of you get reported in that match, both are judged equally as both flamed. "He started it" does not give you right to flame back. So just use mute and report after match. Flaming back is as reportable and bannable as flaming first.
as alrdy mentioned, someone elses behavior doesnt excuse yours. "reacting" to something is still counter-flame.
and the 14 day ban also clearly says "this is your last chance. the slightest misbehavior will result in a permaban".
"are u dumb?" is not positive. and not really neutral either. and autist is just used as an insult. thus your account is gone. theres nothing for the support to "reconsider".
also a general rule ppl like to say: chatlogs. include them. even tho in your case it doesnt matter.
and just to make sure: you CAN call someone a retard and you wont get punished. because riot allows quite a few "accidents" before you receive your first punishement, the 10 games CR. after that tho you get to the permaban pretty fast. so yea someone calling you retard and them not being punished is normal because they most likely dont do it frequently.
Let's get this clear. You said "Are u dumb?" and "autist". While the first offense is mildly toxic in my opinion, calling someone an "autist" or "autistic" is objectively crossing the line. Since you already had a 14 day ban before, you got perma banned this time around. What is the issue here? You received fair punishment based on your actions. Just wanting to have fun doesn't equate to calling someone an "autist". It simply doesn't.
What happened to the other guys shouldn't concern the enactment of your perma ban. Regardless of the two of them saying "retard", you said things that you shouldn't have said. The other two probably deserves their due punishment as well, but that doesn't mean you didn't deserve yours. No system is perfect, hell robbers and criminals go rampant without getting caught irl. When one is caught, why on earth would he complain about other criminals not getting caught and have that somehow lessen his own punishment or state that the system is unfair. You just got unlucky getting punished for what you deserve, but that punishment is fair.
