PERMA BANNED

Can i rioter please answer to why i have been perma banned, i have had an account previously that has been banned for using third party programs, but recently have started playing on a new account but havent used these programs. The first account gave a reason but for this account no info has been provided, i am never toxic and its not a 14 day suspension. Can i get an answer please the email i received just told me to read terms and conditions but im sure i done nothing wrong?
