Account Permanently Suspended With Out Reason

This is my 2nd post on this issue. My 1st one was deleted due to it "being posted in the wrong sub-section"!??

"I play causally, so after about 2 weeks I decided to login for a few games, when to my surprise I was banned!! The login error I was given said I was sent an email with details, so far I have not gotten it. I contacted riot support 2 days ago, and have yet to hear back from them other than to confirm my ticket. Is there anything else I can do? I've been playing for over a year and I would hate to lose everything on my account."

I don't see how this doesn't fall under "Help & Support". But it's nice to know that riot is on top of it's board post. Still waiting for a reply to my support ticket...

Help and Support deals with the Client Problems and in game bugs/glitches and things like this. This problem has to be dealt with by submitting a ticket to support. Usually though with bans like this its either for trolling/feeding or things that arent obvious when reporting someone. Unlike say toxic behavior which usually has chatlogs when you are ban.

It could also be that your account might have been compromised. they "permaban" they account till they have absolutely 100% clear that the person contacting them is the actual owner. Also note that with how popular this game is countless tickets are brought to them daily. usually it takes a couple days (3+) to actually get a response so two days waiting is nothing. Also it is the weekend and while they still operate, obviously most people are off of work during the weekend which just adds to the time!
