Well I got a ban i dont think i deserved I agree i flamed in the first game (first time flaming since a month) but i dont think i was flaming anyone on the 2nd one in the first game i went yasuo top , got a double at min 1 and then lee started babysitting me the volibear flamed me for "dying too much" and then asks everyone to report me

Your two-week ban ended ten days ago, and when it was given, you were told that you were on very thin ice and any further misbehavior would result in a ban. Here we are.

Punishments aren't based solely on flaming, but also general negativity and harassment. Based on your opening that has been a month since last flame, gonna go out on a limb and say you have had prior punishment. If you have, then the ban is the next step after a 25 game chat restrict.

I might be in the minority here, but I don't see how this warrants a ban.

Also, what is toxic? Your subjective view of how others should behave in a competitive scene? Riot's own "Summoner's Code" is very broad and does not provide a clear framework to differentiate what is considered toxic and what is not.

Apart from the mild swearing, I have seen relatively more inflammatory speech in the Boardrooms of multi-billion dollar companies, Church, School, Radio, National News Channels and U.S. Presidential Speeches.

So no, by conventional standards of competitive behavior, you don't deserve a ban. You won't find vindication here though, in here everyone is a paragon of righteousness or hypocrisy. Then again, whats the difference.
