I just got permabanned without a reason i didnt flame at all and i lose everything now :( i need to toake it back please tell me what can i do to take it back PLEASE DO SOMETHING I NEED THIS ACCOUNT BACK please im begging you riot please dont ignore this
they should give you a reason for the ban in the client, and in an email. What does it say?
What does the email they sent you say?
If no chat logs came up when you logged in to the client, it's possible the ban is for a bank chargeback or someone possibly stealing your account, both of which can be resolved and you'll get your account back.
Riot games doesn't hand out bans blindly Sorry to say but you obviously either did something to gain the attention of a rioter or were using 3rd party programs and got hit with a banwave The guys at riot do an extensive amount of research on said players before making final decisions.. Which in your case was a permnaban Really sorry to hear you've been permnabanned but also I've never heard of a permanent ban being lifted..
If you would like a chance to talk to a riot employee go to the link below - Just a sitenote the boards employee's work differently then the support employee's The boards as you'd expect just maintain the boards whilst the support team deals with problems such as these Click the link below and go to submit a ticket ( Must be logged in first ) Afterwords submit a ticket for "Need help recovering my account" Next fill in the details as to what you were doing before you were banned ( Don't lie they can look into your chatlogs and can generally see why the ban was placed ) If it wasn't something seriously MAYBE you might get a lifted ban but before you post that ticket i'll let you know 4 things that would be a definite negatory to having a ban lifted
