Unacceptable behaviour

I'm pretty sure given the recent events within the US, such behaviour should be deemed ESPECIALLY toxic and unacceptable. This happened on the OCE server, and I'm not sure about Riot, but I personally do not want such people in the community I play with.

Nameshaming is not allowed on the boards, cencor the names or take out the picture. Use the ingame report option or write a ticket to the Riot games support.
