Unrightfully Perma Banned

I have been permanently banned for the use of scripts, hacks, or other third party software. The thing is I have never scripted and no one else has access to my account, I checked my match history and I haven't been hacked. The same thing also happened to my friend. This feels very unfair to be unrightfully banned and had many champions and skins on my account, I feel as if I have been scammed out of money. After talking to riot support through tickets many times i get the same generic copy pasted response:

We permanently suspended your account for the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of what you intended, using unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which you can find here:

I also want to let you know account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, such as saying what program(s) we found it using. This is because divulging this information could compromise future investigations.

While the ban won't be lifted or reduced, I am here to answer any other question you may have.

I believe the banning system for detecting scripts is broken as this can't be a coincidence if it happened to both me and my friend. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help!
