I realize i get angry because people in this game piss me off, so if i have no chat i get to break my keyboard instead. win/win plz and thx riot
I'm sorry, but Riot does not lift permanents unless there was some form of error, and that doesn't seem to be the case here.
Also, Riot does not do permanent chat bans. They had something similar to it (infinitely increasing chat restrictions) and found that the players resorted to gameplay forms of negative behavior, such as intentionally feeding. It just didn't work for Riot, so they stopped.

you don't get it, there's a reason you can disable all chat but not team chat. It's because riot knows your team is 9000x more toxic then enemy all chat, and wants you to get triggered so they can ban you and milk you for more money.
this man has a good point, I would like toxic players to receive this treatment it makes it fair ONLY if they haven't afked or fed because Trash talk in any game in real life or video games is essentially a part of it we all get mad and you can't disprove that * I've seen riot employees get mad*
