Still Honour 1 after 1 month

So I got a 10 chat restrict ban for answering back at a guy that was racist. Anyways I guess I deserved and I played my 10 games and then I got honour 1. I played a couple of games and I got a key fragment. I kept getting many honours after the games I played but still no honor 2. Honor 2 is like the base honor level and I still haven't got it back. It's been 1 month since then and still nothing. (I was honor 3 when I got my ban). Can someone tell me what's happening ?

it took the most honorable people 5 weeks to go from honor2 to honor3 when this system was just launched.

You have to go through an unlocking period and then climb up an honor level, not to mention you probably aren't the most honorable played out there.

Of course the amount of games you play in a month matters, but I'd say it should certainly take longer than 1 month for you to climb back up.

but if someone report you after game you loss honor even if its a false report

Clearly this means that all is lost and you are totally excused from being a flaming ragelord if you chose to be, because you don't get rewarded enough for not being one.

The system is broken, don't expect honor 2 anytime soon. I've been being consistently honored since the day it came out and I'm still level 2. They system is beyond repair and Riot support honestly doesn't care.
