Please make trolling in normals games more punishable

I had 2 normals games where my teamates sat in base and did absolutely nothing. On the 1st occasion it was because I stole a 's pentakill later. he and his support proceeded to sit in base and buy 5 's. On the 2nd occasion it was because someone on the enemy team got super fed. We still had a chance of winning but our decided to sit in base because he said we lost. He even got bored of sitting in base and splitpushed top and stood still whenever someone came and killed him.

Can there please be a reason for everybody to treat a normals game as if it was a semi ranked game. People give up way too easily and they have no reason to try and win the game so why would they even try? Extra IP dosent become a factor once you own all the runes and champions so there is literally nothing you can gain from normal's once you are level 30. I just want people to try their hardest even if it is just a normal game.
