I Always have Bad Players on my team i mute them in the beginning of the game i go 5/7 bcz of them i get tilted that is why i report them i get banned for no reason i should get my account back i spent a 1K Dollars on it this is BS Cmon i reported bad players so i deserve to be Perma banned??????

If they actually got banned for no reason, sure. No reason though would be a False Positive situation.

You can't report someone for being "unskilled" They've clearly stated, many games have, to not use the Report system in False or Humorous behavior Although I do believe they were incredibly harsh if they perma-banned you for just that, although I'm sure there's more to the story.

If you only muted people, went to 5/7/something and reported them, I see no reason for Riot to suspend your account. However, you seem to have omitted something; your chat logs. Therefore I take that the "tilt" you mention means you behaved inappropriately and got yourself banned for that. If so, you most likely deserved your permanent suspension (which you can only get in practice only after receiving the 14-day suspension, which is the Final Warning Riot gives you). If you believe you weren't punished for your chat logs, show us those omitted chat logs as proof. Thank you.
IF they banned you for no reason/out of mistake then yeah they should unban you.

Keep in mind that them not giving you your way or doing what you want =/= poor play/behavior automatically, and that you are also in every single one of your games so technically your claim could also apply to you as well.
Regardless though post your chat logs if you want any hope of a discussion. Otherwise we can only assume that your punishment wasn't unjust.
