reporting doesnt work ? so keep quiet and do nothing ..........

so basically i am annoyed with the way the reporting system is made. It seems like every other game there is a guy trashing the shit out of me either on the enemy team or on my team even. It seems especially bad when they get tilted. I dont mind trash talking back, however because of riots support system i will more than likely get banned. So my choice is to be quiet or mute and report at the end of the game right ? That never freaking works. I had 3 games last week where some guy was saying things about how im going to bang your mother, your sister whatever..... I didnt say a single word because i know i will get banned if i do. However when i report it never fucking works. So wtf ? I cant mute the guy before he says those things, so what am i supposed to do if riot wont do anything about it? Riot is basically telling us to just take it and then at the end of the game to just wipe our chin and walk away. Fuck this system, either allow us to trash talk or get your system working properly.
