I am not sure what methods Riot uses to detect their botting but it seems they made a mistake, and while I'm sure everyone has heard this a million times, "Im innocent". I did not bot my account, no scripts, no mouse macros, nothing of the sort. I use a razer synapse mouse and have an alienware computer. I purchased a $25 RP card and got banned after purchasing Camille and playing a game with her. Im confused and am wondering what to do at this point and who to contact, how, if possible I can get it overturned. Any help would be appreciated

To ensure a response on this issue you would contact Riot Support.

would they contact me via my email? the one provided when i created the acccount. I recieved 3 emails from them about my ban. one of them seems really weird as it is just text and also cannot submit a support ticket because it says i need to log in and it will not let me log in it basically refreshes the page. i think something is compromised

I had that issue with Firefox tonight.

I ended up using Google Chrome to login and access it.

with this email, if you haven't verified your email, then it will be the one you created the account on.

Ask them to forward you to the behavioral department for another review.
