Banned?

I am not sure what methods Riot uses to detect their botting but it seems they made a mistake, and while I'm sure everyone has heard this a million times, "Im innocent". I did not bot my account, no scripts, no mouse macros, nothing of the sort. I use a razer synapse mouse and have an alienware computer. I purchased a $25 RP card and got banned after purchasing Camille and playing a game with her. Im confused and am wondering what to do at this point and who to contact, how, if possible I can get it overturned. Any help would be appreciated
