need help with my account and need explanation from the riots

Hello riots. I'm a player name Javaday. who's been playing this game for a good 4 or 5 years. I recently got permanent banned and I need a explanation why I got the ban. I really hope you guys understand in my point of you and my perspective and banned my account. because the way I only see is you see how I been using foul languages to the players who been ruining my games by not communicating, trolling, or just not learning from their mistake. Fine, they are lot of players who are really bad at game, but people learn from mistake. But what I seen is that some players they keep making mistake and intentionally feed when I curse at them. and because either they are duo or something, they both report me foul language. I need you to hear from you guys with a good explanation why I got banned. I feel like my 5 years of league of legend just got into waste. like WASTING MY LIFE TIME. So please respond me back. Thank you.

We can’t comment on your specific punishment without seeing your chat logs which you can copy from the reform card in the client.

That being said, keep in mind that Riot does not permit retaliatory flaming. It does not matter what others are doing, you’re not permitted to make the game negative by being toxic towards other players. Keep in mind that even if you think one person deserves it, the other 3 people in your game don’t deserve to have to see you flaming/being toxic.

i was flaming a hacker yesturday and got permanently banned. explain how a 0 4 trynd that you have destroyed and threw out of lane 4 TIMES, comes back to lane and 3 shots you with a zeal he should not have been able to afford... and was 100% ignoring armor with 100% crit chance. i dont think he ever missed a crit.

i dont need a other people's thought. i exactly know what honest mistake is and intentionally feeding difference. then what rights do they have to report me to get me banned? like riots admins or gms only look at my chat log and banned my account not knowing the whole situation. I NEED RIOTS TO EXPLAIN TO ME NOT OTHER PLAYERS EXPLAINING WHY IT WAS BANNED OR NOT. RIOTS!!!! I NEED A GOOD REASON. SO THAT MY 5 YEARS OF MY TIME PLAYING THIS GAME WASNT "WASTED". IM JUST FRUSTRATED HOW YOU CAN JUST PERMENANT BAN A PERSONS ACCOUNT. NEED RIOTS EXPLAINATION NOT RANDOM PLAYERS.
