Wp riot for one more time i have a troller in my team first they junglers and after that adc he starting 2 troll with out reason i think because he give fb but is that reason. He did that because he knows that riot he will not ban him because is not a flamer is troller and hi spaming that and he was proud of it and its that fault riot .Ban him for ever dont let him play that game he is toxic troller kid that scoore killed me

It sounds like he verbalized his intent to not win. That should increase his likelihood of a punishment.
