Great News.

PayPal changed its terms of service, and after speaking to a representative; Any payments made through paypal are 100% refundable, regardless of Riots Terms of Service, as the services you purchase (skins, boosts, ect.) are considered permanent services that are no longer being offered to you if you are banned. Just food for thought for any of you that have been banned due to Riots ridiculous new system. The representative said that they send tickets and issue charge backs or something like that to your account. Cheers. Don't bother replying, I won't be checking back. lol.

Still won't be able to refund your purchases. If you use PayPal you agreed on the ToS. Then you buy RP after you (like every patch) accepted LoLs ToS.

By agreeing on Riots ToS PayPal can do w/e they want, they won't get money from Riot. And even if this would be possible, it would only be "great News" for the toxic People that got permabanned because the rest won't need it.

No, you still won't get your money back. You paid for the RP, got it, then got banned and lost access to it.

You are covered by PayPals ToS, but once you agree to Riot's its overrided. You payed money, you got banned, final ._.

Note that if you issue a charge back in this way yes you can get your money back but expect a permaban from riot if you dont already have one.
