14 days bans, is it account or IP?

Hi, I just got a ban which is debatable but I have been fairly toxic aswell in these considered games. What I am wondering is will this ban hurts my smurf accounts for these 14 days or will I be able to still play on these in the meantime? I was able to log on into my smurf then it randomly crashed after an hour and I can't log back in but it doesn't say it is due to a Ban. So I am wondering if it is either the ban, servers or my pc problems that won't let me Log In atm.

It would probably be account. Both if the case is serious enough.

I remember that I used to be able to smurf back in the days when I had a 1 day suspension once. Did they changed that with the new system? Help me XD

The overwhelming majority of punishments are applied to accounts not players. Only a handful of rare cases was a person considered ban on sight.

So if you are having issues with your smurf it is unrelated to your ban on your main.

My guess is that Riot can't know for sure that your smurf account is someone else using the same computer. Hence they can't ban a smurf for the actions of a main, because there is no provable link.

Do try to be less toxic though please :)

Thanks for your answers. Yeah I will try to work on my sportsmanship, im just a tryhard :) My last game was just too much to not explode and i'm sorry haha! Was tilt and had a Mumu jungle Ghost Heal no jungle items afk 0-3-0 at 10 mins. I mean I hug around High Gold Low Plats mmr. I thought I was away from these players lol.

Thanks again everyone, I will wait for the servers to be back up. It showed they were all up at the time I made this post.
