4 deaths over 3 games = inting

14-day for going 0/1, 0/2 and 0/1 in normals last night lol

I /mute all on that account and literally say next to nothing to anyone. It's my tired/drunk account for not tryharding. I didn't intentionally feed in any of those games. But I was in a no-bullshit mood and I didn't want to play after being made useless by a single jungle gank (talon has a kill, now I get to watch my hp disappear all game weeee). I also didn't want to sit through a 20min timer for leaving a game, but I guess the penalty is actually less for outright quitting the game than sitting through it. I should just eat the leaverbuster timer from now on, oh well.

I'm certain I wouldn't have been banned if I just kept fighting and dying in lane (you know, actually feeding lol)... the ultimate irony.

I don't want the ban removed, but I don't like that the anti-feeder bot detected what wasn't even close to feeding. That should probably be fixed if that is ACTUALLY the reason I was banned.

tl;dr I probably deserve the ban but not for feeding. have a good day

You griefed your team by intentionally doing nothing all game. The only potential issue is that they've put the wrong heading on your ban (most likely the client treats griefing/intentionally feeding as the same category).

If you're going to give up on the game as soon as anyone gets a single kill then maybe you should play bots.

Do you actually go AFK after getting ganked and dying once? That's ridiculous.

You ruined games for others by giving up too easily?

Maybe you shouldn't have "drunk" accounts for league. Maybe you should watch TV or play single player games instead when you are drunk / pissed off / not actually interested in trying to play.

Yes, you get punished more for griefing than if you died a lot while actually trying. Riot punishes griefers, not team players.

I guess you need some practice on Yasuo, your winrate on him doesn't look good. Try learning a different champion or take a long break for things to get better oh wait you're banned nvm. Just try my advice on your next account if this ever happens.

Most the comments here are about how I deserve the ban. Great. I said that, in the OP. Even if the ban was a perma I wouldn't care. That wasn't the point of the thread. It probably feels good to some of you to know some evil baddie like me was temp-banned (because not having fun in a game and deciding to not play it is such a horrible thing; I'm such a deplorable person for avoiding something that is making me upset), and you get off on it thinking I'm some serial murderer that's just been sentenced to life imprisonment. I'm just a regular dude, who plays games.

The point of this thread was to show a possible abuse case of the auto-ban bot that detects feeders, because I didn't feed in those games. I died, unintentionally, and afk'd because I just didn't feel like being angry at a video game for 30 minutes. The ban is justified, and feeding might just be the best category available under current tech (Riot might be finally dealing with "soft inters"), but if the system automatically detected those deaths as feeding that's an error. I was spam-reported those games because I was afk, and they reported for feeding (apparently)... and the punishment was for feeding, not afk.
