Maybe im not seeing it, but what part of this ticket says that this player is being Verbally abusive?

100% of it says this player has a negative attitude, which is just as ban worthy. You weren't a good teammate. When someone insults you, you should mute and drop the conversation, not get into a giant argument. When you're not having fun, you should focus on something you can do, not rage in chat about how the game is lost and everyone should ff. Also, don't get into "report wars". They're immature and pointless.

Since you said "chat logs for game 1" on top of the logs, I'm assuming there were other logs? The reform card tries to find recent examples. Sometimes it tries a little too hard and games that aren't really that bad (in one interesting example actually a completely blank log) are put in there. But that doesn't mean this log in particular had a huge impact on your ban.

The reform card isn't there to show you the exact details of what got you banned. It's there to provide you examples of your own toxic behaviour so you can see what you did wrong. And the main reason why they even send you multiple logs is so when something like this happens, you have two other logs you can look at.

Edit: As a general piece of advice though: Mute people instead of arguing with them, if you notice it's fruitless (which it is the vast majority of the time). It's better for your sanity, the sanity of the other people in the game and it will also reduce your chance of getting reported for adding to an already negative atmoshpere.

So I bet there are more games.

The system flag games you were recently reported in for the reform card so not all of the games might show high toxicity. However your still pretty negative. And sounds like your spamming surrenders with can get you reported for negative attitude.

Oh the irony "Nothing will happen" hahaha. I honestly don't see anything wrong with this...
