I'm not going to sit here and act like i've never talked shit on someone on league because that would be lying. However, over the past couple of days ive recently came back to league and have been playing with my friends. We normally have banter between each other calling each other noobs and other stuff. Now riot can see that everyone i'm calling noob's in all the chat logs that have convicted me are on my fucking friends list lol but because some person/people report me on my team who doesn't understand we are friends, i get fucking banned. Honestly its a fucking joke. As for the screenshot ive linked in this chat, it was an Illaoi who flamed me after a play i done and i basically just told him to please quit it calling him a %%%got and also jinx reported me for "kill stealing her" as you can see i never once flamed her in the log what so ever. Now i guess you could argue that its homophobia but me like many others don't even use the word %%%got in a bad way against gays. For the record I support homosexuals 100%. As for the logs that got me the chat restriction, i dont have them saved. I find it quite fustrating that the tribunal system can be so fucked up in the way it convicts people. Considering that some of these decisions are potentially costing the players tons of money. Thankfully for me its only a 14 day ban and quite honestly i dont mind using another account for 6 months while my profile returns to normal but Riot need to just fucking stop with all this tribunal shit. Probably get alot of down votes and alot of riot fan boys shitting on my post but i dont care. At the bottom ive attached a poll that i'd like all you guys to please share your opinion on.

First off if they were truly your friend they would have reported you. So there obviously is some conflict with people who you assume are your friends. Also note that if you said it in All Chat then the enemy team has every right to report you because now you are bringing them into it. Second, please stop making excuses. We all know using homophobic/Racial slurs or any other derogatory term is really just to insult someone which is against the rules. Just because you weren't trying to use it that way doesn't excuse that you did use the word. If not maybe try learning new words to use if you don't want to come off as homophobic.

The last thing i want to state is that the Tribunal system isn't even active, so its hard to say if a system is flawed if it's not even being used. With that said anything can and will be improved on. the Report and Banning system we have while it isn't perfect from what i've seen is working well. It can be improved upon, but sadly that takes time and money. People want a perfect system that can read mind and punish people before they even do anything wrong. it's something that can never be implemented because it would be impossible to make. Let alone how much excuses people make that they believe justifies their actions. No one is saying you cannot act like that with your friends, but once you bring it to a public form you bring other people into the mix who might not know you are joking.

Its great that you aren't homophobic, but people are going to assume that of you if you call somebody that word, and the system is designed to come down harshly for it. It is, after all, considered hate speech.

FYI, I'm not sure if your punishment tier deteriorates if you go inactive on your account. You'll need to play some number of games on the punished account in order to "reform" for the purposes of Hextech loot, as far as I know.

The system may not be perfect, but I don't see banning someone for hate speech as a flaw in any way. If anything I question if people who use hate speech should even be given a second chance.

I don't get it. You're willing to throw a homophobic slur around all day, but suddenly a racial slur is crossing the line for you, so you jump to using "an n word."

You're a great example of Riot's efforts to get rid of those kind of bigoted remarks. They may never fully rid the game of them, but with every ban of players like you, it gets better and better.

this doesn't work.

Your profile returns to "normal" after enough games played not after time. So you have to constantly play and you have to set a normal behaviour in this games.

We had people here which had a 14 day ban at last, came back after 9 months, flamed the shit and get perma banned after a game. And i say deserved.
