I don't see how calling people out on their lies is harassment. People come to this section and ask why they're banned and provide only the evidence they want to provide. He shows all the evidence and offers explanations at times.

Says the person who supposedly did a charge back for money it spent years ago. And the one who claims a lawyer went through the ToS and apparently missed the big "You Don't Own Virtual Good Clause, just pay for the privilege to use, which can be revoked anytime without having to issue a refund or notice to you." That strikes me as more childish.

It wasn't my thread, and he actually went and posted in it pretty shortly after I posted it.

The way I figure...he's so used to people sucking up to him, that being 'nice' actually kinda just gets lost in the masses of posts directed at him...so I thought that if I was SLIGHTLY rude, but didn't push it too far, it would get his attention.

I mean it worked, right? lol

Also, riot just recently said that games are ordered in toxicity rating. So the 3rd game is always going to be the least toxic.

Generally speaking, it is never okay to rank shame OR accuse others of feeding. And this does go against the terms of use.

That is probably what got you banned. Additionally it likely did not help that you expressed that you didn't care about the outcome of the game, and announced that you had received multiple permabans previously.

Please keep in mind that retaliation is not the same as self defense.

If the other player was flaming you that does not make it ok to rank-shame them and call them feeders. The best thing you can do is mute them and report after the game.

First, being 6/6/6 clearly the player wanted to win. So there is no inting. Second, getting permabanned for something this small is just outrageous, more toxicity in an average game on a regular basis. Riot needs to reconsider their ban system.

The Terms of Service are clear, and what OP did was against them.

They certainly did less of it than others who have received the same ban, however bans are never due to a single game unless the behavior was especially egregious. Since the behavior here was not egregious I would suspect that the OP is either hiding some of their behavior from the boards or they are ...

I just scrolled up. They hid part of their behavior. Riot Tantram set the record straight. This ban was definitely deserved.

Dude you were basically throwing.

Not only did you first time a champion in Flex Queue (which is ranked, theres even tiers for it), you also basically said you didn't really care if you won -> weren't really trying to win.

Maybe you don't consider it as important as soloqueue, but it is still ranked, and others do.

You do get ranked rewards and shit after all.

Game #3 puts a player over the edge of a ban. If you think that Game #3 was toxic then you probably haven't played League that much to see how toxic an average ranked game is.

Actually, only 1 game is needed for a punishment. It merely provides up to 3, in order of perceived severity (meaning it was the least severe, but there was negative behavior found).

The fact that you put Game 3 first, then Game 2, and then Tantram had to post your Game 1, already puts you at a disadvantage in this thread. You have acted surreptitiously so now your moral character is in question in addition to the correctness of Riot's judgment.

Riot has stated that the games are ranked in severity, not chronologically. The only way to confirm whether game 3 actually put you over the edge is to ask Riot to give you the dates of Games 1, 2 and 3.
