Welp, Looks Like I'm Out of Playing League Forever.

I know, I Know It's my own fault etc. I'm fine with being Punished for AFK'ing (It was Bot Games, Intro ones too) but come on. You couldn't come up with a better system that takes away 50 minute of someones time? What's the point in even waiting? No matter how much enjoyment you get out of the game no one wants to AFK two or three BOT GAMES (this is what happened after 3 months of not missing a game) and get an almost hour of low-priority queue. Hell, Suspend the Account, Perma-ban them. Doing something even close to reasonable.

This is ridiculous. I know I sound salty (and I am) but think about this for a moment.

The people likely AFK'ing-Leaving games are presumably low-level yeah? As in they've invested no time or money into the game? So why the hell would they stick around for a half-hour up to an hour and a half of low priority? The Short Answer is, They Wont. They have literally no reason to. They've not spent real money on the game, they've not spent enough time to get emotionally invested... so they'll leave. As will the next one. and the next one. and the next one.

Basically all this system is doing is going to be driving players AWAY from League of Legends. I'm not saying you shouldn't be punished for AFK'ing. But the punishment should fit the crime. If your AFK'ing or Leaving Ranked. Hell yeah, Drop the Ban-hammer. needing to leave an Intro Bot game? Seriously, that needs to be punished? yeah it's making the match more difficult for other players, which is why it still merits punishment, but 10 minute wait time for 5 games is a ludicrous punishment for it, If it was Ranked? sure. Regular 5v5 Draft pick on SR? Sure. Aram? questionable. Bot Games? WTF.

I don't actually expect Riot to fix this broken system they've created. They're far too pleased with it to improve it.

Meanwhile, most of the people who this system is supposed to stop will be reconsidering playing the game in the first place. Which might be a good thing in the short run. But how is losing players a good thing? Look at WoW right now. Ain't no body celebrating about losing players.

If you leave games prematurely you get the Low Priority Que. Ive gotten it 3 times. 2 within the same wave and 1 later. (all in season 5/6 because i was getting really sick of tank meta) But you dont just get a 50min one. You had to have been doing this a bunch. It goes in 5min Increments and so that means you got 5 games of each increment (It might accelerate after 20, ive only had a 10 and my freind got a 20 once.) But yea umm..... Your story really doesnt check out. Its just not possible to get a 50min one right away. You definately arent telling the full story here.
