This is not a complaint or an attempt at an appeal, only an apology and a thank you. I have never afk'ed or intentionally thrown a game of league. In ranked, I mute all chat and sometimes other teammates so I don't get into the drama that league is well known for. I always try my best in ranked, and that dedication is what I contribute my rank, platinum 5, to. But I have a problem of using normal games to vent toxicity. In normals, I tend to talk a lot of trash and sometimes die more than is needed, to put it lightly. I have been fairly warned before on this issue, and thought nothing of it, so the ban has really grabbed my attention. Since I have played this game every day for multiple hours over the course of 3 years I feel the need to apologize to the community. Because being in the .2% of toxic players is not something to be proud of. And honestly, being temporarily banned is scary because a permanent ban would cause me to lose hundreds of $ on skins, and the accomplishments and memories I have on this account. Again, I apologize to all of you because I love this game so much. According to wasted-on-lol.com I have played 2160 hours of this game on this account alone, and I consider none of them wasted. I have been extremely invested in League of Legends since season 3, and I appreciate all that Riot Games has done. I can't express my gratitude enough but for now sayonara, I will be spending the next 2 weeks on my level 5 smurf, enjoying it all!Yasuo

This was awesome to read and I logged in just to upvote. Here's my philosophy: why salt when you can meme? If I find I'm in a situation where I want to be toxic or rage, or if another player is flaming at me, I find memes are the best use of my time to express my rage. Because, let's be honest, how mad can you be when the Riven is calling you a trash noob scrub bronzie and all you do is remind her the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell? I've ended a lot of infighting with memes and have turned games around with silly little quotes and it can do a lot for the morale of the team. Good on you, m8!

The ban system is flawed, it is just like jail.. it does nothing but teach people new ways of how to end up in the same position. Permaban is inevitable in your future now that the system has flagged you. All it is going to take is 1 or 2 premade groups to be que'd with you and then those schoolboys will report you because you lost your lane and you will be autoperma'd by Riot Lyte's system.
