I have been recently banned on my main account "Pheedzy" for flaming. I understand i need to calm my temper but to perm bann me!!! after all of the countless hours i have put into the game and i put almost 200 or more dollars to support you guys! to let this be all thrown away like this makes me furious. i need to urgently speak to a employee regarding this.

Is your concern that you don't feel you deserve the punishment, or that the punishment is too harsh? When you started playing the game, you agreed to Riot's Summoner's Code. This code very clearly lays out Riot's rules, and it clearly states that breaches of these rules can result in termination of the account.
In both of these chat logs, you admitted to intentionally feeding the enemy team in addition to being heavily negative; I'm also assuming that the second line of game 2 is a homophobic slur, which is grounds for an immediate ban. I'm not really sure what you're looking to gain out of this thread, but ultimately I can safely say that the punishment was justified and Riot will not refund anything due to the fact your behavior broke their rules.

No players exhibiting toxic behavior are let off the hook; it's more a question of when the behavior finds its way to Riot rather than whether it is addressed. Keep in mind, as well, that the behavior of others has very little bearing on how actions are addressed. One person's negative behavior is not negated by someone else being worse, it simply means that both people in this scenario are exhibiting negative behavior.

You are welcome to create another account, but it's worth keeping in mind that if the behavior shown in these chat logs continue, the same punishments will be issued. I encourage you to look into why you get this frustrated at League of Legends and how you can potentially work on your behavior if you are interested in improvement. The case would be over before it ever got to court. Riot's terms of use specifically state that they are able to terminate accounts for any reason, and in this case their usage of this particular provision was warranted.

And i mean thanks for clarifying what i did wrong i was just blinded by rage when i saw the ban thing pop up. trust me ill still keep playing but its not gonna be the same. and i mean i had so much skins, its gonna be tough but ill work on my behavior and try to keep things positive thank you for your patience with dealing with my utter rage.

Do note that your account still belong to Riot, and w/e negative behavior you act on your account will be taking action by Riot as well.
