In one of my discussions about patch 6.13 failing to load for me HERE, I attempted to play 2 games, but each time, they crashed for me (the 2 games were intermediate bot games). I am here to appeal for my ban of 5 games of 20 minutes; It's not my fault for being forced to leave the 2 games when the client crashed.
It is your fault for queuing up when you knew you had connection issues. Play some custom games while you're trying to fix your connection. In the meantime 9 players are stuck with a meaningless game.
It was a bot game, not ranked. You should not have received punishment for that, or at least not as much as you did.
2 games didn't get you a 20 minute leaverbuster unless you left a shit ton of games before that.
