Reported for not being a noob and for not being good.

First time in this game and like my fifth day here. First I was reported for being NOOOB (Hey your level 24 or something and Im 11) Im a noob dude. Then they reported me like 5 times in my last games for not attacking (being Soraka) with no mana and helping them. Is this a fair game anyways. When I play supp, the adc goes top hole game, and when I'm adc, no support stays there. O.k Im a noob but I read and watch videos for the past 5 days. Also a today my pc got restarted and I restarted the game and apologize and keep helping until we won the game. Is it possible for a person to be GREAT in their first games? Is is fair to get reported for being noob?

Reporting someone for being unskilled or a novice is an abuse of the report system and may result in the reporter being punished. Playing poorly unintentionally is not punishable.

No, it's not. And you won't get punished, man. Don't worry. Some people like to use the report button to vent their frustration, but the reports don't do anything if there's no cause. You won't get punished. Welcome to the game, by the way.

Riot doesn't listen to those kind of reports. As long as you don't flame people or cuss them out then you're fine.

People can report for anything they want, that does not mean anything will come of it.

The only thing reports do is trigger a review of your behavior. If there's nothing to find it doesn't matter how many times you are reported.

Dude trust me. It gets worse in ranked. But the reports for unskilled are a way for riot to find the holier than thou douches and get onto them.

I wouldn't worry about those report. People often report to make themselves feel better. Earlier today I got reported in my aram game for doing well. They flamed because I got Lux and reported me even though I didn't talk in chat once. That report won't matter because I did nothing wrong. Your reports won't matter either.
