3rd party software Coop vs AI player bot accounts

So I know I am not the only person who is tired of all of the dotted accounts that are rampant in Coop vs AI that can make the game unplayable (especially for the new players). This is something is really getting on my last nerve and Riot if you don't do something I know that I personally won't be telling anyone to play this game. I recently played a game where three of the accounts on my team were batted. Y ou guys need to crack down on this and make some restrictions that could deter this cheating and cancer in the game. I personally think adding minimum requirements to cs and kills for IP and XP rewards for each difficulty could do the trick. All I am asking though is that you guys do something. I report every account I come across that is dotted and I'm reporting what seems like 1 account per game I play at this point.
