Report/Kick option in champ select

The other day I waited a 10 minute queue time only to be placed in champ select with a troll who does this long speech about he trolls everyone and queues support but he is going to go mid lane. He doesnt give a fuck what anyone thinks or cares and there is nothing we can do to stop him. After everyone picks champs someone dodges to avoid playing with the troll (Playing Ranked). My horrible luck queues me with this troll again. We go through all the picking and yet again someone dodges to avoid playing with this person. After 34 minutes of trying to get a game with queue time plus 2 full champ selects dodged at the last second i got to queue up with someone other than this person. There should be report buttons in champ select for this so you dont have to wait until after a game to report someone like this for their behavior or a vote process to kick people like that out of champ select
