2 afks 2 dcs

Just played a game with 2 afks and 2 dcs (one was lagging the other left intentionally). How do I know they get banned and what not? They flamed and wanted to get me banned because I was supposedly inting. They had wanted to surrender at 15 and I thought the game was still winnable obviously. I had lost lane due to their support being better and created lane presence while mine was just afk and had blamed me for being shit (maybe a little). His friend ended up 1/8 and they both went afk, graves dc'd because there was no surrender and fizz was lagging. Just wondering will shit like this ever really be punished?

Both of those are handled by leavebuster.

They flamed

Handled by the behavioral system, aka IFS (so long as you report them).

Both are punished by their respective systems, but you're unlikely to know if either one activated from that game alone. You don't know what standing they were in with the either system and it generally takes more than one game for either one to result in a punishment.

Leavebuster punishments are increasing queue times. IFS assign punishments based on their standing and the severity of the poor behavior, starting at 10 game chat restriction building up to perma-ban.

You aren't to know if they get banned or not. After the game, you should be moving on. Not dwelling on a strangers account status. Move on buddy. Don't dwell on it. (This combined with what AeroWaffle said)
