i recently got permanently banned and i think is not fair that you guys do this if the summoner spend money on rp beacuse is my money the thing that you are stealing not just my account i understand that the account get banned cause i got a bad behavior but at least let me transfer my rp to another account

You agreed to the rules. You broke the rules you agreed to. You continued to break the rules despite lesser punishments and knowledge of where your behavior was leading you. You are NOT entitled to a refund/transfer. Spending money on a free game does not give you preferential treatment. No theft has taken place. You'd have been banned whether you spent $0 or $1,000,000.
Read the terms.

noone steals anything from you. the account always belongs to riot, read the terms of service you agreed to. and riot doesnt steal your money, you give them the money.
Stop violating the terms and conditions that you agreed too.
