Because its their account and you are just allowed by them to use it. They can suspend it for any reason and even for no reason if they want. Why should u bother? You dont have to. You can always leave this game and move on to another

Yes, they are. It says that in Terms of Service to which u agreed. They can do what they want, its their game. They can change rules at any point they want too.

You don't own anything. It is Riot's account. You have "no ownership or other property interest" in your account (hint: it's not yours).
They can terminate/suspend your account if, in their discretion (read: for any reason they deem fit) it would be "in the best interests of... the Riot Services" (read: they can suspend your account if they want to).
