THIS GUY WONT LEAVE ME ALONE! riot help me pls

Okay, so I was playing a normal game with this guy. He harrassed me and had a negatice atttutuide towards me and i of course reported him for such behavour. When i logged on my account i saw a friend request from this guy, but i didnt quite know that it was him. I add him as a friend to see what he has to say and he just starts harassing me.

For some reason i cant copy pictures or anything but im being honest and i have my evidence on my computer.
