Auto-lockers should be punished

Everyone has played with that guy who auto-locks in without calling a position or discussing what role they are going to play, and it aggravates everyone when this happens by not only messing up team comps but results in a lot of in-team fighting. I think the best way to combat this is to punish auto-lockers, just like people are banned and sent to low queues when they are afk, or ditch during champion selection, players who auto-lock in should be punished.
