What is wrong with the punishment system?

Dear Riot, my last drop of hope in Leage of Legends justice system is hanging in this last post. This is the third ranked game in a short row in wich someone has intentionally trolled: intentional feed, giving the game up, stealing my jungle camps, griefing. Each game the botlane would die about 9 times in the first 10 minutes, after wich the adc would leave bot and start farming jungle. This would cause him to fall further behind and make me as a jungler fall further behind aswell. I do not understand what is considered intentional feeding/ trolling: perhaps running into the enemy team after you have left an open lane and fell 3 levels behind because you wanted to grief the jungler, dying a few seconds after, and typing in chat that you are trolling is considered troll? Perhpas repeating this intentional feed, and adding to it some hardcore verbal abuse against the whole team is against League of Legends sportsmanlike behaviour? If so, i have failed to notice: each time I report these players I feel like my reports are ignored, and they simply continue to be extremely toxic parts of the game that completely destroy it. I am racked with frustration and anger as I am left completely helpless, completely unable to enjoy the experience of the game. What should I do?

Someone losing lane is not trolling. Someone taking jungle campus to try and catch up in gold is not trolling.

The only things you can do is reporting them in the post-lobby (like you did) or submitting a ticket.

Keep in mind League has a huge population though. It's just unfortunate luck.

Don't worry, they're not. It's just that the Feederbuster tends to be quite lackluster in terms of actually determining when someone is intentionally feeding **and ** reacting to it. Then again, that is to be expected because it is hard to prove one's intent (which is the core of intentional feeding).

Of course, there are some ridiculous cases where people slip under the radar for way too long, but what can you do. :sadpepe:

The number of downvotes on this post shows exactly what is wrong with League. Anyone with any interest in winning a competitive game would not hate the idea of banning deliberate trolls. Nor would they ever defend said trolls. In fact, they would also be outraged by the overwhelming number of int'feeders, openly stating in chat that they want you to lose, that they are disconnecting because the JG refused to gank and thus "cost them their lead" or int'ing so much the enemy team asks in AllChat "what is wrong" when they walk right down the middle of lane and feed 18 times within 20 minutes, without auto-attacking an enemy that was right in front of them at 12 health, while the enemy is saying in AllChat "Kill me, I am right here" or something similar.

These things are absolutely impossible to misunderstand and happen about 60-70% of games. It really is disgusting and it only happens because Riot does not care that it happens and worse, players defend this behavior.
