Are riot ever going to ban feeders and trolls in ranked?

So i lost my cool today playing ranked. I had 2 games this morning that both featured at least 1 troll or feeder on my team. One of them even admitted to inting all his placement games so he could go 0-10.

This game has rapidly made it impossible for people who want to climb to actually do so. Low elo players are plagued with intentional feeders nearly every game and nothing gets done when reporting them. But, you see a guy trying to climb in ranked get frustrated because of his team inting and taunting them? get that ban hammer ready!

I now have a 14 day suspension because i refuse to let someone mock me and waste my time. Instead, riot seems to reward the trolls by letting them play unchecked, the rest of us who have a limited amount of patience get slapped with bans and restrictions for get pushed over the edge

Sort it out riot, it's beyond a joke
