i've been perma banned. i'm sure there is a good reason why but riot has yet to send an email please someone from riot send me an email on why this account has banned.

open a support ticket, they will inform you as to the ban reason

you're right i should tell them they have no hope, and that nothing matters.....

Opening a ticket is the only way to get the info he needs as unless he recieved an email which he stated he didn't and no reform card was posted then a support ticket is a viable option

He is not asking for it to be unbanned, he asking for the ban reason.......... Which is a very simple reply from riot support staff
