hello , my account in league of legends has been suspended and they order me to pay 10 GBP as a chargeback i have send their money and im im still waiting them to remove the ban until now from friday until now i have talked to support but no answer and they already says to me that my account will back on monday but until today nothing and support the ignored me or what can i have help please ?
ModThe Djinn3 votesIt's possible that the offices in NA are handling this, and those offices are on Pacific Standard Time, where (as of the time of this message) it is only halfway through the workday.
If it's not back tomorrow I'd consider contacting Support again and waiting on their reply.
Chermorg2 votesChargebacks are generally handled by the billing teams for the respective servers - however it does take time to process the payment again and ensure that it is fully repaid before they will unsuspend the account.
NA has a website that does it automatically - but as far as I know no other region does that and it's all manual.

This is untrue in cases like this. Riot will suspend an account for financial issues on occasion, and will restore the account when the situation is resolved.

HalcyonDweller1 votesSupport tickets take time. They have a large queue of tickets ahead of yours to address, so it pretty much always takes a while to receive a response. This is not the same as being ignored. They just simply have not gotten to your ticket yet.

Remember that banks can sometimes take a while to handle this sort of situation, and remember that Riot's officers in NA are only halfway through their workday -- this sort of issue might be handled there (I'm not honestly sure).

If there was a chargeback, and the OP owed Riot 10 pounds, then Riot will unlock the account once the payment is received. Essentially, the OP did not receive a permanent ban, but instead an indefinite suspension to be lifted under the condition of money owed.
@OP, all I can suggest is beign patient. If you have sent in a ticket, they'll get back to you as quickly as they can. If they don't unlock your account by tomorrow evening, then I suggest sending in a new ticket. It sucks, but that's the only way it works.
