Way of reporting how well a team did together

Just came out of a game where everybody flamed everyone. Really not an enjoyable game, and i ended up being so tiltet i closed the cliant down before end game screen appeard, just needed to get it away. But just the other day i had a game where everyone always said stuff like; gj, awesome, good gank, etc, and it felt awesome and made me wish i could honor everybody again. Would it be possible to rate other players on how friendly they are, and how well you work as a team. I know the Honor system was meant to do that a bit, but i never felt it did anything tbh.

What's your thoughts and experience with this, and maybe some ideas.
